Christmas 2024

🎄Feliz Navidad de todo corazón y próspero año nuevo. Este final de año ha sido complicado y no he tenido muchas ganas de dibujar fuera de mi trabajo como grafista en la televisión donde tengo mi trabajo fijo. Es muy triste y duro cuando nuestros seres queridos se hacen mayores y ves cómo se deteriora su vida por la enfermedad. Este año no iba a hacer ningún Christmas pero leyendo One Piece se me ocurrió una idea y me di ánimos para hacer algo rápido y recordaros que sigo vivo y que aprecio el hecho de que sigáis mi humilde trabajo como ilustrador por estos lares. Me dicen mis hijas que el árbol de Navidad es un poco creepy, pero los que conozcan el poder especial de Nico Robin lo entenderán. Animo a quien desconozca a qué me refiero, que lea el manga, porque ha sido mi descubrimiento de este final de año... No puedo parar de leerlo y la serie de acción real es una pequeña sombra de la obra de Eiichirō Oda.

Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart and Happy New Year. This end of the year has been complicated and I have not had much desire to draw outside my job. It is very sad and hard when our loved ones get older and you see how their lives deteriorate due to illness. This year I wasn't going to do any Christmas but reading One Piece gave me an idea and I was encouraged to do something quick and remind you that I'm still alive and that I appreciate the fact that you follow my humble work as an illustrator around these parts. My daughters tell me that the Christmas tree is a bit creepy, but those of you who know Nico Robin's special power will understand. I encourage anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about to read the manga, because it has been my discovery of the end of the year.... I can't stop reading it and the live-action series is a small shadow of Eiichirō Oda's work.
